Lobsterfest FAQ
The deadline to order is June 5th, 2022. Pick up is Friday, June 10th, 2022 from 3-6 pm at the Porcupine Dante Club parking lot.
The Lobsters arrive cooked. They need to be heated for 7-9 minutes in boiling water.
The lobsters are called Canners and they are around .75 to .95 LB each. We selected this size of lobster because they provide some of the most tender and tastiest meat.

The Scallops arrive frozen and the lobster arrives fresh. The scallops should be kept frozen until use and the lobster can be frozen for later use
